The form includes the source website so the enquiry can be associated with your request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data, building access codes or confidential security information.

We use enquiry details to understand and respond to your request for commercial fire safety services. The consent box asks for your agreement before your enquiry and contact details may be passed to a suitable local firm. You can choose not to send the form if you do not agree.

A firm receiving your enquiry will use your details to discuss your requirements and any proposed work. Ask that firm for its own privacy information when it contacts you. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to accept a quotation or purchase a service.

Your Agreement And Your Rights

Where sharing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not undo lawful processing that took place before it was withdrawn. Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information.

Use the contact form to make a privacy request, selecting “Privacy Request” and describing what you need. Provide only the information needed to identify your previous enquiry. If you do not want further sharing, state that in the message and do not select the sharing agreement.

For a privacy request, the sharing agreement is not required. Identity may need to be checked before information can be released. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Retention And Security

Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet any applicable record-keeping obligations. A local firm may need to retain its own correspondence and transaction records. Ask for the applicable retention information when a firm responds to you.

Please do not use the form to submit payment details or sensitive documents. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. If detailed plans or other confidential records are needed later, agree a suitable method with the firm handling your enquiry.
